While you should view your investment as long-term, we have adopted a stockholder redemption plan which may provide an opportunity for our stockholders to have their shares of our common stock redeemed by us, subject to certain restrictions and limitations. There is a one-year lockout period from the date of your initial investment before you can request a redemption. There is no penalty for holding your shares for 5 or more years. Our Redemption Policy, as fully detailed in the Stockholder Redemption Plan section of the Offering Circular, provides for a discount to be applied to funds redeemed before the 5th anniversary of the investment.

Note: The discount is applied to each purchase based on the respective share issuance date. In addition, the REIT is subject to limitation on the number of shares that can be redeemed in any given quarter. If the maximum quarterly threshold is met, shares will be redeemed on a pro-rata basis until shares are redeemed in full, which could take several quarters. We issue redemptions at the end of each quarter.

Less than 1 year: No redemption allowed
1 year until 2 years: 90.0% of NAV
2 years until 3 years: 92.5% of NAV
3 years until 4 years: 95.0% of NAV
4 years until 5 years: 97.5% of NAV
5 years or more: 100% of NAV
In the event of a stockholder’s death or complete disability: 100% of NAV

SW Manager, LLC (“Manager”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of and controlled by Tryperion Holdings, LLC (our “Sponsor”). Manager is the external manager and advisor of 1st Streit Office Inc.
