Streitwise has generated strong passive income cash flow for investors since inception in 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Streitwise has generated an average return of 9.4% through 18 quarters, with the latest Q3 2021 dividend at 8.4%. Since 2020, Streitwise has set a return target of 8-9%.

Despite Covid’s effect on real estate, Streitwise has met return targets through strong credit tenancy (100% contractual rent obligations met in 2020-21), conservative underwriting, and low fee structure. All dividends quoted are net of fees, with fees already taken out.

Dividend reinvestment, auto-invest, and direct deposit are all options for quarterly dividend payment schedule.
