Acquired in July 2017 for $23.2mm with sponsor providing $4.1mm of preferred equity to owner/borrower.
Business plan to add 29 units be converting underutilized former retail and parking garage space to rental units.

Investment Highlights

Sold property in August 2021.
Assisted in the origination and negotiation of $20.3mm senior loan, which providing funding for the unit renovation and prepayment flexibility.
Supervised the completion of the unit expansion and curing deferred maintenance items.
