Financed with a long term senior loan from that included prepayment flexibility to allow for multiple exit scenarios.
Completed targeted capital improvements including roof replacements, monument signage upgrades, parking lot resurfacings, and building re-paintings.
Signed over 550,000 square feet of new leases and renewals, increasing occupancy to 91%.
Sold in January 2018.
