New Lease Executed in Carmel

We are pleased to announce a new lease for the ground floor retail portion of the Allied Solutions Building: a 10-year lease to Renova Med-Spa, providing full service salon, spa, cosmetic and other aesthetician services. Our new tenant brings the Allied Solutions Building to over 94% leased, and is evidence of the continued demand and desirability of the property and location.

100% June rent collections

We recently provided an update on our April and May collections as well as the temporary lease accommodations we made to certain tenants, and are now pleased to report that we have collected 100% of contractual rent obligations due in June based on the revised budget.

Alex Wills

Mr. Wills is the Marketing Director and Head of Product for Streitwise.

Prior to joining Streitwise, Mr. Wills was Head of Paid Media at Bitcoin IRA and Fortress Gold Group. Previously, Mr. Wills was the Director of Lead Generation at GTMA, a real estate marketing agency, where he founded the paid media department that oversaw a large nationwide portfolio of multifamily properties. Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
