We’re pleased to announce a new 5-year lease at Streitwise Plaza in St. Louis with a local construction and engineering consulting firm, Roeslein & Associates, Inc.
This 10,266 square foot lease is at economic terms exceeding that of the replacement tenant. It further illustrates the strong fundamentals in the St. Louis office market in general and the attractiveness of our building within the Sunset Hills submarket in particular.
Currently this property is home to the headquarters of Panera Bread, and regional offices for New Balance, Nationwide Insurance, Western & Southern Life Insurance, Edward Jones, among others and is part of the Streitwise portfolio. This base of strong credit tenants has allowed Streitwise to be able to distribute a high dividend yield to investors for 19 straight quarters.
If you have any questions about getting started, please let us know.
