Good News Update: New Lease Announcement

We are pleased to announce a new lease has been signed at Streitwise Plaza in Sunset Hills (MO): A 7.5-year lease to general contracting firm Kadean Construction Company for 12,778 square feet. This lease brings the portfolio to 92% leased.

Kadean is a growing firm and we are excited to welcome their HQ office. Executing leases in the current environment speaks to the attractiveness of our property within the St. Louis office market as a whole, and within the Sunset Hills submarket in particular.

Alex Wills

Mr. Wills is the Marketing Director and Head of Product for Streitwise.

Prior to joining Streitwise, Mr. Wills was Head of Paid Media at Bitcoin IRA and Fortress Gold Group. Previously, Mr. Wills was the Director of Lead Generation at GTMA, a real estate marketing agency, where he founded the paid media department that oversaw a large nationwide portfolio of multifamily properties. Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
