Allied Solutions and City of Carmel announce partnership

Allied Solutions, the namesake tenant at our mixed-use property in Carmel, IN, recently announced a partnership and three-year event sponsorship with the city. The partnership includes a $450,000 sponsorship and covers several events to be held at Midtown Plaza, home to Allied Solutions’ national corporate headquarters at the flagship Streitwise property.

“From our office windows we see the remarkable qualities of Midtown Plaza with its green space and trail, outdoor games, big screen video board and of course the growing number of restaurants and shops,” said Pete Hilger, CEO of Allied Solutions. “We have wanted to find a way to get more involved in Midtown activities, as well as other events where our employees, the residents of Carmel and many visitors come together to enjoy our City. With this agreement, we feel we have a way to do just that and we are thrilled to be a part of events that make Carmel a great place to experience.”

This partnership with the city further reinforces Allied’s commitment not only to the city of Carmel but to Midtown in particular, and is indicative of the Class A properties and tenants we seek to target for long-term ownership.

Alex Wills

Mr. Wills is the Marketing Director and Head of Product for Streitwise.

Prior to joining Streitwise, Mr. Wills was Head of Paid Media at Bitcoin IRA and Fortress Gold Group. Previously, Mr. Wills was the Director of Lead Generation at GTMA, a real estate marketing agency, where he founded the paid media department that oversaw a large nationwide portfolio of multifamily properties. Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
